All Day Hike

A few campers chose to go on an all day hike.  Check out the gorgeous view:

canoe video

Canoeing was a popular choice for campers, with one group going out in the morning and a second group after lunch.  Unfortunately the wind picked up around 2:30, creating waves that could capsize a boat, as it did when we tried in the shallows along the shore.  This group switched to some fun field games instead of trying to empty a canoe of water, which proved to be a challenge for the boys in the boat that went over in two feet of water.

Cave Explorers

This morning a group chose to go explore the side of Mt Moosalamoo looking for caves.  Below are a few pictures taken by Mr T of CTES.

Walking on Water

A group of us headed out to a local bog and walked on a mat of spaghumn moss.  We saw carnivorous plants, wild blueberries, and cat tails.  We felt like we were walking on a waterbed.
