Group 8 learned all about birds this morning, examining how each different species is specialized to meet its basic needs. While looking at some skulls and feathers a young fox came to visit us from its nearby den. Later campers tried to make their own nests using ‘beaks’ like pliers or tongs, then went out with binoculars looking for birds to identify.
