Group Shots - Beautiful Places, Delightful Weather, and Amazing Kids!

Fox Cabin and Introductions

Fox Cabin

A fine group of gentlemen. We got our first 10 out of 10 on cleaning the bathroom and cleaning the cabin. Feel free to use this valuable skill at home.

Photos from Robin

Here are some photos from Robin Bebo-Long of CTES who is here with their 6th grade class this week.

Rec Time and Wednesday Dinner

Here are some snapshots from tonight, hope I was able to fufill some requests. Feel free to requests photos if you would like to see anyone else we missed :)

Meal time is a great time at KEEC to refuel, compare stories from the days adventures, and also to learn about where our food comes from. Today Tim led the group at breakfast in a discussion of what needs to happen and what resources are needed to get the milk to your bowl of cereal every day.

Weather watcher job

Another job that takes place at meals is weather watcher. Here the camper works with KEEC staff to both reflect on the weather we have had (which has been glorious spring in Vermont weather) and what is coming during the day.

Who have we missed?

If you have been waiting for a picture of a certain camper please feel free to request in the comments section or email me at jeremy.kelloway@trsu.org and let us know who you would like to see!

Fishing at Rec Time

Many of our campers have been enjoying the proximity to the lake shore to get some fishing in during their free rec time. So far there has been little success reeling in the big one, but that has not stopped our intrepid anglers from trying!

Hobo Cookout Video (link fixed) and Images

Tonight the campers were in charge of cooking their own meal on a small tin can stove. Despite the many small fires everyone had fun, ate their fill, and left unscorched. Click on the youtube link for the video of the traditional event.
