A great memory I have of KEEC is when I did a skit with my study group. Our skit topic was the dead stump community, but we made it into a murder case. What happened was someone knocked down a tree and then the FBI (Fungus Bacteria Insects) came and tried to figure out who knocked down the tree. We go all around the forest interviewing other animals. Finally we figure out who did it and he gets arrested.
On Thursday we had our last campfire. There were two counselors that were doing “magic tricks.” Before every skit they would do a different magic trick. All of the skits were good. We started practicing them around Tuesday. My study groups topic was the soil cycle, it was hard to think of ideas but eventually we got an idea of what we were going to do.
