The first gong was at 7:00 this AM for all to wake up. 15 later the second gong was for hoppers and dishwashers to get over to the dining hall to get breakfast ready.
Hoppers set tables and 'hop' for more food during meals, dishwashers eat early so they are ready for the dirty dish onslaught! These jobs switch today, so others are taking their place this afternoon.
