11 Courageous Hikers set out from the boys camp at the foot of the Green Mountains. What a day we had in store for us! Amazing strength, stamina, and good cheer, combined with spectacular views, wildlife sightings, and so much more.

Our lunch spot with the lake in the background. We saw a turkey vulture, bald eagle, and an osprey while eating 25 PB&J, 11 cookies, and drinking a bunch of water!

ReplyDeleteThis was a phenomenal trip. 8 miles is a challenge. Jorge set a good pace. The frequent stops were delightful. Ethan Allen Cave, Falls of Lana, and then Wiantanoag Lookout were all beautiful stops. Amazing accomplishment! Way to go!!
