At the KEEC dining tables there is an assigned 'hopper' for each group. This aptly named job finds the camper hopping up to bring food, clear tables, and get seconds (and thirds...and fourths...)
After a meal each table wipes down the surface, then the sweepers come in to clear the floor. Amazingly all this cleaning and serving is done with a smile! hmmm......
Mitchell's family is looking forward to him using his hopper skills at home!
